Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching associates.
• Maintain store standards and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Review progress and communicate action plans for daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Maximize sales through inventory reporting and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with policies and asset protection standards.
• Coordinate omni-channel activities including BOPIS and related processes.
• Support store manager with scheduling and payroll tasks.
