Job summary

Crosby’s is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations in our New York store. You will support the Team Leader in creating a clean, welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service and driving store success.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring food safety and brand standards, and assisting with inventory, scheduling, and payroll processing. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Serve Safe certified preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reporting.
• Familiar with POS systems and vendor check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, professional service to every customer.
• Assist with overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support store associates; help with scheduling.
