Job summary

Crosby’s Stores in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive store success. You will supervise team members, maintain standards, and support the Team Leader in creating a clean, welcoming environment while ensuring a great experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, promoting sales, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 21+ years of age.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support store associates.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and development.
