Responsibilities

• Be empowered to meet the customer and personalize their experience.
• Maintain in-store experience and respond to customer/associate requests with urgency.
• Ensure positive customer experiences and complete daily open/close tasks.
• Assist with inventory activities including freight receipt, placement, markdowns.
• Support omni-channel activities such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
• Promote a safe store environment and report issues to the Store Manager.
• Provide feedback on associate performance and support scheduling.
