Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed for store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and optimize merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Maintain store facilities and cleaning tasks.
