Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide excellent customer service and train on the B.E.S.T. experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure duties are performed effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Partner with leadership in merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
