Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick on-floor placement.
• Manages displays and signage per corporate guidelines and promotions.
• Operates store opening/closing, including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations and staff.
• Helps supervise daily activities of store associates and training.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and promotions updates.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process is followed.
