Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support tracking, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling duties.
• Supervise and develop store associates to maintain a positive environment.
• Maintain clean, organized store and ensure safety standards.
