Job summary

Dollar Tree in Geneva, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, support customer service, and develop the store team. You will assist with merchandising, opening/closing, and following corporate directives to ensure a well-stocked, clean, and friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
