Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Johnstown, OH to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily tasks, help customers, organize merchandise, and supervise store associates to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to lead and develop store associates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store areas, displays, and stockroom to company standards.
• Help in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Supervise and develop store associates; ensure a safe, respectful environment.
