Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact and training crew on the BEST service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and operations to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staffing issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store security for smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing improvements.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and world recovery.
• Perform general store maintenance.
