Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Ensures all crew members are wowed by the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and customer service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing processes, including cash handling, doors, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
