Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep the floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and prepare for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service quality.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
