You will greet customers, assist with products, resolve issues, supervise tasks in the absence of management, and help maintain accurate inventory, pricing, displays, and back room organization.

Qualificações

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold store keys and open back door for deliveries when needed.
• Register sales accurately, record scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
