Five Below in Barboursville, WV is seeking a Store Operations Leader to supervise daily activities, train crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You’ll act as Manager on Duty and help manage stock, opening and closing procedures, and customer service excellence.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• High School diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staffing.
• Open or close the store; secure cash and alarms for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery."
• Perform maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
