Five Below is seeking a Store Leader for our Westmoreland/Mount Pleasant area. The role involves supervising crew, ensuring fast, friendly checkout, training staff, and overseeing daily store operations including opening/closing duties.

Minimum 1 year of management experience and strong verbal/written communication are essential. The position is hourly with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and potential travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Trains crew on customer service and checkout experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and manages store operations.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates and policy adherence.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
