Five Below in Allentown, PA, is seeking an energetic leader to oversee daily store operations as a Manager on Duty. You will supervise crew, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and drive sales while managing staffing and visuals.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and excellent communication. You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, work a flexible schedule including weekends, and maintain a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service, train on B.E.S.T. experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including trash, cleaning, and stock room maintenance.
