Job summary

Five Below in Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled retail leader to oversee store operations, guest experience, and daily performance. As Manager on Duty when needed, you will supervise associates, train staff, open/close the store, and partner with the leadership team to increase sales and control costs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to ensure items are available on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations, staff, and guest issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
