Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets, finance contracts, DMV documentation.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions, ensuring accurate titles, payoffs, and proper documentation for funding.
• Handle cash management tasks, including receiving payments, preparing deposits, and maintaining security protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations across multiple departments.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reconciliation of missing information while maintaining accuracy.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
