Job summary

CarMax Locust Grove is seeking a Business Operations Associate to support store operations, processing sales, auctions, and appraisals with accuracy and excellent customer service. You will handle cash, audit paperwork, and coordinate with finance and title teams to ensure compliant, timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll train and mentor new associates, manage documents, and help keep the floor running smoothly while upholding CarMax’s commitment to integrity.

Qualifications

• Data accuracy for compliance and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets and finance contracts.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles and payoffs.
