Job summary

Walmart Mountain Iron, MN seeks a Store Supervisor to lead and develop teams, coach associates, and implement business solutions across store operations. You will manage customer service initiatives, merchandise, and community programs while driving sales and controlling expenses through budgeting and inventory oversight.

You will hire, train, mentor hourly staff, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of belonging and integrity in line with Walmart's OBW service model and ethics.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent work experience as a base qualification.
• Retail experience with supervisory responsibilities is required or alternative 2 years general work experience with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through coaching, training and feedback.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and community outreach initiatives.
• Ensure customer service standards, resolve issues, and implement corrective action plans.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and expenses to protect profit and loss.
• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates; set clear expectations and recognize performance.
