Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs are met, resolve issues and promote a high quality customer experience.
• Promote a culture of belonging, recruit and develop qualified associates, and support continuous learning.
