Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams through teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
• Manages store operations, inventory, and customer service to meet sales targets.
• Monitors and improves processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
