Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers with product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans for the department and support execution of budgets and goals.
• Lead scheduling and workload planning to maximize efficiency while meeting payroll and financial targets.
• Build and lead a team through hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and coaching to ensure a respectful, inclusive store environment.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and hold teammates accountable for compliance.
