Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations across both on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience.
• Coach and develop teammates to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage.
• Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
