Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers with product information and recommendations while upholding visual and merchandising standards.
• Assist in developing short- and mid-term plans for the department in collaboration with store leadership and ensure execution within budgets.
• Communicate goals and coordinate schedules to meet customer demand while controlling payroll and store performance.
• Build and lead a team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews, to create an inclusive and respectful store environment.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and uphold company policies.
