Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency in our Philadelphia store. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, shipments, replenishment, and visual standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in client-centric roles, are physically capable of moving throughout the store, and align with ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales and operations setting.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and stock management.
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with budgets, vendors, technology, and facilities for operations.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations and provide guest service.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs.
• Contribute to policy and project execution with the Ops & Visual team.
• Process shipment flows and daily replenishment with merchandising in mind.
• Use metrics to guide business-driving decisions and customer satisfaction.
