ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Denver store team. The role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, replenishment, and floor-set initiatives.

You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to improve processes and support a safe, high-energy shopping environment. Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in a client-centric, sales- and operations-focused setting, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for delivering

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Strong customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Root-cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relations to optimize operations.
