Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in San Francisco to drive store profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory processes, replenishment, and floor maintenance while delivering excellent guest service.

The role involves constant movement on the shop floor, collaboration with store leadership, and adherence to company standards. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, including non-exempt shifts during peak season.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales & operations environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Comfort with moving dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendors to support operations.
