Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in San Francisco to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive operational excellence. You will manage inventory, support shipments and replenishment, and maintain visual standards while moving actively on the sales floor to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to company guiding principles, with shifts up to 20 hours/week during peak seasons. This position is onsite and part-time.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with store leadership to improve gaps.
• Support shipment receiving processing, transfers, floor replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Execute operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve guest needs.
