Job summary

ALO seeks an Operations Associate in Berkeley, CA, supporting store operations and profitability. You’ll manage inventory processes, assist with shipment and receiving, maintain visual standards, and help with daily replenishment while ensuring guest satisfaction.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires mobility on the floor, strong customer service, and teamwork. The base pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with eligibility for monthly incentives and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales and operations environment.
• Ability to sustain movement throughout a shift and work across store areas.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery and stock management.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist budgets and expenses.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safety and efficient operations.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Implement operations directives with the store team.
• Assist in product flow and daily replenishment with merchandising focus.
• Use metrics to guide business decisions and resolve guest needs quickly.
