Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage two core areas: Customer Service and Property Maintenance. You will develop relationships, show units, meet sales targets, and perform daily tasks across the district. The role requires walking the property, processing payments, and keeping units and grounds tidy.

Ideal candidates have a friendly, proactive attitude, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work Saturdays, with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
