Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring store teammates who are passionate about helping customers and athletes find the right gear. You will greet customers, assist them in finding products, and ensure the backroom is organized for efficient restocking and sales flow.

You will uphold merchandising standards, support freight and transfers, and contribute to a safe, inclusive store environment while delivering excellent service. Starting pay ranges are posted, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively assist athletes to understand needs and shopping experience.
• Assist with stocking and merchandising, processing merchandise and backroom organization.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards across the store.
• Support unloading trucks, processing freight, and store transfers as needed.
• Deliver customer experience aligned with service level standards and safety policies.
• Contribute to an inclusive, respectful store environment for all teammates and customers.
