Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right products. You will also process merchandise, maintain backroom organization, and uphold brand standards.

Role requires assisting with freight, transfers, and adhering to safety policies. You will contribute to an inclusive environment, support teammates, and perform additional tasks as needed by management.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers, understand needs, and support the shopping experience.
• Process merchandise in accordance with programs; keep backroom organized.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks and freight processing.
• Complete processes per service level standards to deliver customer experience.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; protect confidential information.
• Create an inclusive store environment for everyone.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
