Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers to understand needs and support shopping experience.
• Process merchandise and keep backroom organized for accessibility.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks and freight, transfers, RTVs, claims, freight processing.
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOPs; protect confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
