Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Ensure merchandise and freight are processed per programs and maintain organized backrooms.
• Assist unloading trucks, processing freight, transfers, RTVs, claims, and freight processing.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
