Greet athletes to understand their needs, assist with merchandise processing, backroom organization, and uphold safety and loss prevention policies while maintaining an inclusive, team-oriented store environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Starting pay range varies based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience and position offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Ensure that all merchandise and product received at the store is processed in accordance with established programs and procedures; the backroom is organized and maintained.
• Assist with the unloading of trucks, processing of freight, execution of transfers, RTVS, claims, freight processing, etc.
• Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
