Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support store maintenance and customer service across your district. You will develop customer relationships, show units, process leases, and handle payments using our POS system.

You will work primarily daytime hours with potential Sunday shifts, earn PTO, and participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching as you help keep facilities clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and offering solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and manage leasing and payments.
• Show units, rent storage, and perform daily store operations.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks and handle deposits.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility and assist with maintenance.
