Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within a district. The role emphasizes customer service, leasing self-storage units, and daily property operations to meet performance targets.

You will develop relationships with customers, process payments, and ensure a clean, safe facility while supporting growth across CubeSmart locations. Must be able to work Saturdays and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays (and possibly Sundays).
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS, completing daily deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
