Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is looking for a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district and deliver outstanding customer service. You will handle leasing, payments, and daily tasks while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

You will work in daytime hours with potential for Sundays off and enjoy benefits such as a strong PTO program and 401(k) match. Comfort with basic computer tasks and a willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Physical ability to perform daily store and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers and meeting monthly sales goals.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks and managing leasing, payments, and deposits.
