CubeSmart Self-Storage is looking for a Store Operations Associate in the Hamburg, NY area. The role emphasizes customer service, operations, and retail-style leasing of storage units.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver's license with up-to-date insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and build rapport through service excellence.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle deposits.
