Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to serve customers and maintain facilities across the district. The role combines frontline customer service with maintenance tasks, including tours, payments, and leasing units at competitive hourly pay.

The position offers daytime hours within store windows, opportunities for advancement, and a generous benefits package with PTO, a 401(k) match, and health options.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and perform manual tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments with POS, and handle deposits.
