Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate in Montvale, NJ to deliver outstanding customer service and help maintain a clean, secure self-storage facility. You will build relationships with customers, present storage solutions, and support the leasing process.

The role involves daily store tasks, unit showings, payments, bank deposits, and light maintenance. It requires weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation; you’ll enjoy competitive pay, PTO, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Strong operational focus and reliability.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle with a valid license and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments, and handle daily deposits.
