Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a diverse market.

• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and provide solutions while delivering a standout experience.
• Interact with customers face-to-face, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent self-storage units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, collect payments via POS, and handle deposits.
