Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Operations Analyst to join our auto parts team. The role focuses on analyzing metrics such as RGNs, Core Accounts, bad debt, store billings, cycle counts, Pcard usage, and cash variances to support reconciliation activities.

The analyst will provide leadership with actionable insights and collaborate with Loss Prevention and Operations to identify opportunities and plans for resolution.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical abilities with experience in store operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; high school diploma required.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review all store operations databases to ensure accuracy of reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation items per policies.
• Partner with field teams to assess RGNs ageing trends and discrepancies.
• Review AR accounts and bad debt trends to aid collections.
• Review Pcard activity for compliance and detect anomalies.
• Review cash handling metrics for deposits and over/short issues.
