Genuine Parts Company is seeking an experienced Store Operations Analyst to review metrics such as RGNs, core accounts, bad debt, store billings, cycle counts, Pcard usage and cash variances. The role centers on reconciliation activities and providing actionable insights to field leadership.

Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Operations teams to identify opportunities, investigate discrepancies, and develop corrective plans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of analytical experience in retail or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools

Responsabilidades

• Review store operations databases to ensure accuracy of reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation items per company policies.
• Collaborate with field teams to assess RGNs, aging trends, and credit flow issues; provide weekly updates.
• Investigate credit discrepancies with distribution centers, vendors, and NAPA DCSC team.
• Analyze AR and bad debt, supporting core account management and collections.
• Monitor Pcard activity for compliance and identify anomalies for loss prevention review.
• Report anomalies to the loss prevention team and stakeholders.
• Assess cash handling metrics to identify process improvements in deposits and COD collections.
• Support evolution of analytics role with new store and supply chain controls.
