• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory counts, pricing, and signage; supports displays and promotional setups.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, pricing changes, and backroom organization.
• Assists with basic bookkeeping activities and store maintenance tasks.
