• Oversees opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security checks.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high-quality customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plans with signage and inventory integrity per corporate guidelines.
