Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily store operations, stock receiving, and merchandising. You will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and execute promotional plans while maintaining inventory integrity.

The role requires leadership, adaptability, and strong communication. Hourly position with starting pay shown on site; flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is required, and travels not typically expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick placement on the sales floor
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays with accurate signage and promotions
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash handling and securing the store
• Acts as Manager on Duty and owns store operations and staff management
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service
• Executes the market plan and maintains Inventory Integrity according to guidelines
