• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and customer service.
• Monitors daily activities of store associates and provides on-the-job training.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plans and keeps promotional materials updated.
• Ensures compliance with Inventory Integrity process.
